Welcome to Evesun ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Evesun reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product colours may vary slightly from screen to actual product due to display settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product sold.
  • We shall not be liable for any typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders.
  • An order confirmation via email/WhatsApp does not guarantee product availability. In case of a stock-out, you will be notified and fully refunded.
  • Evesun reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan-India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Evesun is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@evesun.in or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and product designs — is the property of Evesun and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Evesun.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Evesun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
